Money Bolt – Account Deletion

Delete Your Money Bolt Account

Money Bolt provides users with an option to permanently delete their account and associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account from the Money Bolt App

You can delete your Money Bolt account directly from inside the Money Bolt application.

1. Open the Money Bolt application.
2. Log in to your Money Bolt account.
3. Open the Profile / Account / Settings section.
4. Tap the “Delete Account” button.
5. Follow the instructions displayed in the app.
6. Confirm your account deletion request.

After confirmation, your account will be permanently deleted according to our account deletion and data retention practices.

Request Account Deletion Without Access to the App

If you cannot access the Money Bolt application, you can request deletion of your account by contacting us by email.

Subject: Delete My Money Bolt Account

Please send your request from the email address associated with your Money Bolt account.

In your email, please provide the email address associated with your Money Bolt account and clearly state that you want your Money Bolt account and associated personal data to be deleted.

We may need to verify ownership of the account before processing the deletion request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will delete or remove personal data associated with your account where applicable, including:

• Account and profile information
• Name and email address
• Earning and activity information associated with your account
• Referral information associated with your account
• Other account-related information

Data Retention

Some information may be retained when required by applicable law or when necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Please complete any pending withdrawal or other account activity before deleting your account. After deletion, your account, points, rewards, withdrawal history, and other account-related information may not be recoverable.
